Dr. Elyce Millery, DDS
Dr. Millery grew up in Rockville, Maryland, and received her bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Maryland College Park. She worked as a dental assistant before attending dental school. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, she relocated to Hanover, Maryland, with her husband and decided to open a private practice in 2018.
In addition to her formal education, Dr. Millery continues to study dentistry. She actively pursues at least 50 hours annually of continuing education in numerous topics, such as Invisalign, endodontics, and advanced implant surgery. She is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Clear Aligners and an avid dental podcast listener.
Dr. Millery believes Inspired Dental Care is part of her calling to serve people and support them through transitional phases in life. From young patients to seniors, she enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Her mission is to reduce dental fear and anxiety by providing a calming environment that uses advanced technology to help patients achieve their goal of a healthy and beautiful smile. This idea was born out of a difficult period in Dr. Millery's life when she was dealing with a medical condition that left her temporarily unable to walk. Through prayer, faith, and family, she was able to get through a challenging, painful period and find purpose on the other side: creating an environment where people feel safe and secure.
Away from the office, Dr. Millery treasures the company of her loving family—husband Lorfils and their four children, Lorfils Zachariah, Joshua, Hannah, and Vita. They love spending time together outdoors, going to the park, cooking family dinners, watching movies, and taking annual road trips to Florida as a family. Dr. Millery also has a passion for biblical history; she enjoys serving in the hospitality and children's ministry as a member of Hope Bible Church.
Jessica
Office Manager
Jessica joined the Inspired Dental Care team in 2020. As office manager, she strives to create a positive work environment by providing support to the team and a welcoming smile to every person who walks through the door.
Jessica attended Virginia Tech, earning her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences with a Veterinary Medicine/Science-Biotechnology option and Equine Specialty in 2003. She also holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics with a specialty in Veterinary Business Management. She received her Certification in Amphibian and Reptile Husbandry from the American Association of Zookeepers in 2017. She spent many years overseeing the care of exotic animals as the Supervisor of Animal Care and Training and a Lead Instructor at a conservation education facility where she currently volunteers. Jessica also volunteers at the Maryland Therapeutic Riding Academy as a Horse Leader and Barn volunteer, and at the Annapolis SPCA.
Jessica grew up in Severna Park, Maryland, where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys volunteering with animals, photography, backpacking, reading, sketching and painting.
Tymarin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Tymarin received his education from the University of Delaware, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 2020. He then received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2023 from the Clinical Dental Hygiene Leader Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He began his career at Inspired Dental Care shortly after completing his coursework.
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Tymarin has numerous job responsibilities; he provides dental cleanings, takes x-rays, gives out goodie bags, and educates patients about their oral health. He is also licensed to provide local anesthetic.
Tymarin chose dentistry after being encouraged to consider an oral health career in college; he loves working with the team at Inspired Dental Care because of their commitment to kindness and open communication. The positive team dynamic makes him feel comfortable and confident in his role.
In his free time, Tymarin enjoys spending time with his friends, exercising, playing video games, and playing with his cat. His favorite breeds are either Siberian or British Shorthair.
Angelica
Dental Assistant
Angelica began her dental career in 2023. She always knew she wanted to work in patient care, but when her mom suggested she join the dental field, it was the perfect fit. Angelica loves the team dynamic at Inspired Dental Care.
Angelica enjoys making people’s lives better through improved oral health, and she strives to work with her team to provide quality care to every patient.
Outside the office, Angelica loves watching Disney princess movies.
Kendra
Dental Assistant
Kendra began working at Inspired Dental Care in 2024 after completing her education at All-State Career School and the University of Maryland Dental School.
Her duties at Inspired Dental Care include assisting the dentist with procedures, sterilizing equipment, and taking x-rays.
When she isn’t working, Kendra enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, and singing 90’s R&B karaoke.
